These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joliph account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Each player may hold only one joliph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
joliph is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued access to the platform. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
As part of KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:
joliph will process KYC documents within a reasonable time. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. joliph reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with joliph's Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
5.1 Deposits. joliph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. joliph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited to your joliph account upon confirmation of receipt by joliph's payment processing systems.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. joliph aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances outside joliph's control.
5.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). joliph does not charge currency conversion fees.
5.4 Player funds. joliph holds player funds in accounts separate from its operational funds. Player funds are not used for joliph's operational expenses.
5.5 Inactive accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. joliph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
joliph may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rebates, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

joliph reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other conduct inconsistent with fair play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the joliph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the joliph platform without the prior written consent of joliph. Unauthorized use of joliph's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joliph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the joliph platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joliph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
joliph shall not be liable for any indirect , incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the joliph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if joliph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
joliph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. joliph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond joliph's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude joliph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
joliph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal bases for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in joliph's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By registering a joliph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting joliph's data privacy officer, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.
joliph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, joliph will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the joliph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the joliph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the joliph platform and may request closure of your account. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of the relevant activity.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and joliph, you are encouraged to contact joliph's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. joliph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent joliph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
